Because fresh-cut Christmas trees, garlands, and wreaths are perishable items, all sales are final and non-refundable. Every tree is naturally unique and may vary in shape or appearance from the photos shown on our website.

If you experience any issue with your tree, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery to request an exchange. We’re happy to offer one exchange per household to ensure you’re delighted with your tree for the season.
